It started over twenty years ago with a young family business. The name has changed since; the way we work has not.

Michael Roscoe founds EMKAY Building Services, a young family business in the North West.

LJJR Construction Group
Shaun Roscoe takes over as director and renames the business. Michael stays on as project manager.

We have delivered for main contractor housing companies including Casey Group, Keepmoat, Emanuel Whittaker, Jackson & Jackson and Buildzone UK, and we work closely with private clients on their refurbishments. Whoever the client, the aim is the same: a transparent, collaborative partnership and a project delivered on time and to budget.
