Why occupied-home work is different
Working in somebody's home is harder than working on an empty site. Residents still need to cook, wash and sleep, and many are elderly, unwell or have young children. Every day a kitchen is out of action matters.
That is why we plan each address before we start, staff each site properly, and keep residents told what is happening and when. It is how we have kept multi-address schemes running exactly to programme for main contractors such as Emanuel Whittaker.
What we deliver
We supply the trades and the supervision for planned investment programmes: kitchen and bathroom replacements, full and partial rewires, external wall insulation and wider refurbishment. Our teams work to the main contractor's specification, programme and paperwork, and our site lead checks quality at every address before, during and after the works.
